Emergency Care 
Lone Star Park Equine Hospital  offers 24 hour emergency care for both medical and surgical emergencies. 

Critically ill patients are constantly changing and the subtle most change noticed could mean the difference between life and death, therefore our hospital is staffed 24 hours a day to ensure your horse receives the proper care and attention needed. 
Services

Sports Medicine 
 Lameness is the number one issue we see here at LSPEH, from routine soundness exams to pre-Purchase exams, we see it all. 

We offer advanced therapeutic treatments; Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy, Cold Laser Therapy, Acupuncture, in addition to Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) as well as the routine therapies used to assist our athletes. 

Diagnostic Services
Being a fully equipped referral hospital, it is absolutely necessary to offer the latest advances in technology to assist our doctors in the correct diagnosis for your horse. 

We have a 1M ,3M, and a Dynamic  Olympus Video Endoscope, digital radiology, digital Ultrasound, a federally accredited Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) Lab,  CBC, Chemistry, Blood Gas Analysis, Foal IGg Snap tests and Electrolyte Panels. 


​Equine Dentistry 

​100% of our dental care is provided by licenses veterinarians. 

​Surgery
​Our surgeon has over 35 years of surgical experience, we routinely cut colics, perform orthopedic and soft tissue procedures, such as arthroscopy and throat surgeries. 

LSPEH understands how important your horse is to you, therefore we provide 2 viewing windows for your convenience to watch your horse undergo surgery if needed, as well as a full coffee and Hot Chocolate station to ensure your comfort.

​Farrier Services


Having skilled doctors and excellent radiology equipment, we are able to team-up with our farrier, Kirk Staab, to tailor our therapies to the individual horse.
